Bought for my thumb [male] and found too tight. BUT I had already a "Steroplast 9551 Plastic applicator for Sterogauz" in my possession. By applying the cot onto the applicator, one can leave it there and it will stretch, and now fits my thumb well.

If it is still a bit tight, you can snip the ring at the bottom and it stays in one piece.

Apply gel varnish remover to a pad of lint, press over nail and roll one of these cots over the top. Dip prepared finger tips in a bowl of hot water to speed up the action.

These cots are good quality, not as thin and flimsy as others I've tried. They are a great fit for the job, making a decent seal but not uncomfortably tight. I can use my touch screen with them on and do pretty much anything else easily too. Way better than foil wraps these are waterproof so immersing in hot water is no problem and they are so easy to work with whilst wearing you can remove them, clean off varnish without rushing and smooth the cleaned nailbed one digit at a time.

So glad I could get these on PRIME... I sliced my finger open and had to have it all bandaged up. These are great for putting over the bandage when showering, keeps the dressing bone dry. They are tight fitting, so I just kept pulling it up and then put some microporous tape over the top to be extra sure no water got in. Perfect!

I suffer in the winter with cracked fingers, these are very handy to keep the cuts clean. I wish they did an XL size as these are very cosy on my fat fingers and I cannot keep them on too long because they restrict circulation a bit.

Fab, they have been great for purpose bought, I carry a number around in my bag now as they do get holes in with wear and tear.
Waterproof too, so great for having a shower or washing hands.

I have had chapped fingers all through winter due to working outside. These have not only stopped my fingers from chapping further but have helped to heel the split ones.

The cots are fabulous for keeping dressings dry. Might be a little tight on the finger of a male.
Wish I had discovered these years ago. Very prompt delivery. Well done!

these arrived promptly and are great quality, its a huge bag. I bought these for a plumber and he keeps some in his toolbox and van for those annoying little injuries which can be difficult to keep dry and clean.

these are great for the purpose they are used for. I bought these in error, however, I've used these as instructed, and they are great for lifting things, excellent grip.

Good for covering and protecting fingers, only too tight. You must have very very small fingers to wear them without hurting after only 15 minutes
